My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, despite its excellent view and all necessary amenities, was unfortunately in a noisy location near the kitchen, train tracks, and a gravel road. The service was overall good, with attentive housekeeping and pet amenities available. The location, though beautiful by Lake Lungern, could be problematic if facing the main road. The dining experience, while offering regional products, lacked friendliness from the staff and value for the price paid.
